We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
This position offers the opportunity to oversee front desk operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Manage the front desk area and ensure it is well-maintained - Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Provide personal assistant support to executives when needed - Cover any shifts of call outs - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support - Perform clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and transcribing documents
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role and Choice Advantage - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in personal assistant duties - Previous Choice Advantage experience - Previous experience in customer support roles Job Type:
