Senior Ambulatory Delivery Consultant - Nanticoke Health Services

Job Description
As an Ambulatory Delivery Consultant, you will be a configuration and workflow expert for the Nanticoke Physician Network (NPN), facilitating change, optimization and the implementation thereof. You will work closely with the NPN Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Coordinator and the Revenue Cycle resources, both on the Hospital and the Cerner side. You will consult with clients during implementations to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing and training. This also includes consulting on current workflows and configuration, upgrade implications, system changes and enhancements as well as ongoing system maintenance. You will be responsible for completing full-system solution build and maintain accountability for build quality score and follow up actions while applying and suggesting improvements to implementation methodology and consult on complex configuration decisions. In addition, you will develop and execute complex test plans, test script execution as well as note changes in end user functionality while also reviewing any new defects, write steps to test, and outline information for change requests and notify client of these findings. You will also be responsible for navigating across venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, as well as escalations when appropriate to solution and engagement leadership. Finally, you will be responsible for contributing knowledge to internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Management, Marketing, Mathematics, Business, Communications, Finance, Science, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 1 year of Health care technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
At least 1 year of Systems management or implementation work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Cerner Millennium PowerChart.
Ambulatory care experience
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Seaford, DE area

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
